Your data (GDPR)

If your site’s admin turns it on, ListoWP lets you take a full copy of your own data or remove it entirely. These actions cover the Lists and Tasks you created, and nobody else’s.

Where to find it

Open the Preferences panel from the ListoWP toolbar. When the admin has enabled bulk export and delete, a privacy section appears there with two options – Export my data and Delete my data. If you do not see them, the feature is turned off for your site and you can ask your admin about it.

Exporting your data

Export my data downloads a file containing your Lists and Tasks, along with the information tied to them. It is your own data only, gathered from everything you created, so you can keep a copy or move it elsewhere.

Deleting your data

Delete my data permanently removes all of your Lists, Tasks, and any information related to them. Because this cannot be undone, ListoWP asks you to confirm before it goes ahead. If you also want a copy first, export your data before you delete it.
