These terms mean the same thing across all three policies:
- “We,” “us,” “our” and “Company” – MJWP, LLC (Delaware, USA), the company behind ListoWP, which sells the Software, issues License Keys and provides support.
- “You,” “your” and “Customer” – the company, organization or person that signs up to use our Service.

Privacy Policy
Updated July 19, 2026
We’ll keep this short and specific. We collect only what we need, only when we need it – here’s exactly what, and why.
What we collect, and when
We don’t quietly collect personal data while you browse. We ask for specific details only at specific moments:
- Start a live demo – your email, to create your demo account.
- Check out – the checkout fields you enter: name, email, billing address. Your card goes straight to Stripe, our payment processor – we never see or store it.
- Contact us – your name and email, so we can reply.
- Newsletter – your email, and only after you confirm via a double opt-in link. Unsubscribe anytime.
Automatic technical data. Like every website, our servers log your IP address, browser, and basic request info. We use it only for security, fraud prevention, and legal or regulatory reasons – not to profile you.
Cookies
Essential cookies are always on. They run the basics: your shopping cart and checkout, logging in and your account, and remembering your cookie choice. They don’t track you across the web.
Analytics and marketing cookies stay off until you say yes. When you arrive we show a banner: choose “Accept all” or keep “Just the essentials”. Nothing for analytics or advertising loads until you accept. Changed your mind? Clear the listo_consent cookie to bring the banner back.
Analytics and advertising (only with your consent)
If – and only if – you accept, we use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to see how the site is used, and the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure our ads. With your consent, that includes our server sending Meta a hashed (scrambled) version of your email plus your IP and browser info, so we can tell when an ad led to a signup or a sale. Nothing is sent without consent.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your data. We share it only with the services that run ListoWP: Stripe (payments), Google and Meta (analytics and advertising, only with your consent), our email provider (account, order, and newsletter mail), and our hosting provider. We may also disclose data if we are legally required to.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep data only as long as we need it: your account and license details while your account is active, order records for as long as tax and law require, and technical logs for a short period. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time – GDPR for the EU and UK, CCPA for California, same request either way. Just email support@listowp.com.
Children
ListoWP isn’t intended for anyone under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

Support Policy
Updated July 19, 2026
We are committed to providing great customer care. This Support Policy explains what level of support is provided, and under what conditions.
This Support Policy applies to our website, and its associated subdomains (collectively, our “Service”) alongside our application, ListoWP.com. By accessing or using our Service, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to our Support Policy.
Our Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We reply to all support tickets in the order they arrive in our system, prioritizing ones sent by active license holders. We are a small team operating 9-5 EST. We do our best to respond within 2 business days, but in some cases, it might take up to a week.
Technical support for ListoWP is provided exclusively to paying clients who have active support coverage. This means an active Yearly license key or clients who are still within the first year of their Lifetime license. Inactive, expired, invalid or disabled license key holders do not have access to technical support.
We only provide support to requests coming from the e-mail address/account related to the purchase. We do not support account transfers, delegating other emails to ask questions, etc.
Furthermore, technical support is provided exclusively to the domain names (websites) registered under the active license. The number of websites to which technical support is provided depends on the license key purchased.
We operate Monday to Thursday 9 AM – 3 PM EST. The guaranteed SLA is 5 business days.
Customer responsibilities
Submitting support tickets
Any and all support, including but not limited to technical or billing support is provided exclusively via ticketing system we have in place on ListoWP.com. The Customer must open any and all tickets using the contact form provided.
Any and all communication with the Company through channels other than the Support Tickets (including but not limited to social networking, phone calls, chats) is not guaranteed to be responded to. Contacting us via channels other than Support Tickets is not considered a valid way to contact us in order to receive support.
Language
All support is provided exclusively in English. If a Support Ticket is opened in any other language, we will use Google Translate to try and understand the question and then we will reply in English.
Describing the questions / issues well
The more details the Customer can provide in the support ticket, the better. Especially in case of technical issues, the Customer is required to provide a detailed description including the steps required to reproduce the issue. Vague, incomplete or badly formulated support tickets might affect our resolution times.
Providing access to the website
In some cases we might require access to Customer’s website to debug the problems reported. This might include temporary administrative access. Refusal to provide such access will result in no further Technical Support being provided.
Repeated refusal to provide website access will result in permanent refusal by us to render any further Technical Support.
Not covered in this Support Policy
Incompatibility with other software, server environments and other external factors
We will do our best to keep our software conflict-free and are happy to receive reports and try to fix the issues if we can. However, we do not guarantee our product to work error-free with every piece of software out there, including – but not limited to – plugins, themes, server setup, etc. This also applies to site migrations, backup restorations, and other operations that in any way transfer and/or modify the data related to our software and Customer’s website.
Modified or hacked code
As our software is Open Source and under GPL, as such you’re allowed to modify the code however you see fit. However, we are not required to provide technical support for modified or hacked code – thus no technical support is guaranteed if you use any custom code for our product.
Customization requests
Our software is provided ‘as is’. Our Technical Support is responsible for helping the Customer set up the product and receive bug reports. We do not guarantee that any custom code will be provided to the Customer for free. We might offer professional services instead.
Outdated software
Technical Support is only provided for the most recent version of our software. No support will be provided for any older versions.
Abusive customers
We reserve the right to completely refuse further service without refund to any Customer we deem rude, abusive, and/or vulgar. In such cases the Customer’s subscriptions are canceled, the website account closed and the credit card permanently banned from our payment processor.
License, Billing & Refunds Policy
Updated July 19, 2026
This License, Billing & Refunds Policy applies to our website, and its associated subdomains (collectively, our “Service”) alongside our application, ListoWP.com. By accessing or using our Service, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree with this document.
Definitions and key terms
In addition to the shared terms above, this policy uses:
- License: refers to the GNU GPL License
- License Key: refers to the license key provided when purchasing ListoWP Pro
- Subscription: refers to a payment that automatically renews and can be cancelled anytime
License
Our Software is licensed under GNU GPL. The Customer has the right to modify and distribute the code. The Customer does not have the right to use the brand “Listo” or “ListoWP” without express permission. We do not guarantee technical support or updates to modified code.
License Key
A License Key is not related to the License under which our Software is Provided. A License Key is a special bit of code provided to the Customer when purchasing ListoWP Pro Software. It enables the Customer to receive technical support and automatic updates. A Yearly License Key expires after a year since the last payment. A Lifetime License Key never expires and entitles the Customer to one year of support.
Once a License Key expires, the Customer loses access to downloads, technical support and updates. It’s also impossible to reassign the domain(s) assigned to an expired License Key.
Subscription
For Yearly License Keys we rely on a Subscription that will automatically renew the License Key. Lifetime License Keys do not have a Subscription. A Subscription can be cancelled – this means the related License will expire a year since the last payment. A Subscription can also fail – if for any reason the automatic renewal fails, the Subscription will cancel itself and the License will eventually expire.
A properly configured Subscription is enough to keep the License active. Manual renewals are not required. Renewing manually while having an active Subscription might lead to a double charge. Refunding such charge will lead to further complications such as Subscription cancellation and the need to resubscribe.
Understanding the difference
License Key allows the Customer to operate the Software, receive Technical Support and Updates.
Subscription is an automated process which charges the provided payment method to keep the License active.
Cancelling a subscription
If the Customer wishes to prevent further charges they must properly cancel the Subscription. It can be done in the My Account section of ListoWP.com or by sending a Support Ticket. Removing the payment method, removing our Software from the Customer Website renewing the Customer credit/debit card or cancelling the Customer credit/debit card and ordering a new one are not enough to prevent the automatic renewal.
Refunds
We guarantee 30 days unconditional refunds on new purchases and renewals. If the Customer fails to cancel a Subscription and a renewal is charged, they have 30 days to request a reversal. Requests sent beyond 30 days will not be considered.
