Integrations
The Integrations tab connects ListoWP to other plugins running on your site. You will find it in wp-admin under ListoWP. Each integration has its own box – PeepSo, BuddyBoss, and WooCommerce – and you turn on only the ones you use.
Every integration adds a Tasks tab that renders the full ListoWP app, so members can work with their Tasks without leaving their profile or account area. If the app lives in an integration tab, you do not even need a separate [listowp] page. An enabled integration also becomes a choice for the "Primary Tasks destination" setting, which decides where the toolbar shortcut and notification emails send people – see "Advanced".
PeepSo
The PeepSo box holds a single switch. It requires the plugin "Community by PeepSo"; the box says so if PeepSo is not active.
Turning the switch on hands the detailed setup over to PeepSo: the box links to PeepSo’s own configuration, where ListoWP gets its own tab. There you can:
- Show a "Tasks" tab in user profiles. Only the profile owner can access it. Advanced fields let you change the tab’s label, path, and icon CSS class – leave them empty for the defaults.
- Route notifications to PeepSo. Off by default. When enabled, ListoWP notifications (added to a List, Task assigned, new comment) are delivered through PeepSo’s notification system instead of ListoWP’s own bell. The bell is hidden, ListoWP stops sending its own notification emails, and the email notifications switch disappears from user Preferences.
- Show additional icons in the PeepSo notifications area: one for open Tasks, one for expired Tasks.
BuddyBoss
Enable the BuddyBoss integration to add a Tasks tab to member profiles. It works with BuddyBoss and BuddyPress alike, and each member can only see the tab on their own profile.
With the switch on, three more settings appear:
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Label | The tab’s name. Leave empty for the default, "Tasks". |
| Path | The tab’s URL slug. Leave empty for the default, "tasks". |
| Position | Where the tab sits in the profile navigation. Note that BuddyBoss does not number tabs from 1, so check the positions of your existing tabs first. |
WooCommerce
Enable the WooCommerce integration to add a Tasks entry to the WooCommerce My Account menu. Each customer sees their own Tasks there.
With the switch on, the same three settings appear: Label (default "Tasks"), Path (default "tasks"), and Position, which sets where the entry appears in the My Account menu, counted from 1.
