Privacy & GDPR
The Privacy box on the Advanced tab controls whether people can take their own data out of ListoWP or remove it themselves. It is off by default.
Bulk export & delete (GDPR)
Turn on the "Bulk export & delete (GDPR)" toggle to give each user control over their own content. When it is enabled, every user can export or delete their own Lists and Tasks from within the app – you do not do this on their behalf.
Users reach these controls from the front-end "Your data" page. From there each person can:
- Export their own Lists and Tasks
- Delete their own Lists and Tasks
Each user only ever sees and acts on their own data. Shared Cowork Lists that belong to other members are not affected.
When to enable it
Enabling this toggle helps you meet data-portability and erasure requests without handling each one manually. Leave it off if you would rather manage exports and deletions yourself.
