Smart Lists
Smart Lists are the automatic views ListoWP builds for each person from their own Tasks. You configure them in wp-admin under ListoWP, on the Private tab, in the Smart Lists box.
The Smart Lists
There are six Smart Lists:
- Due
- Scheduled
- Repeating
- All
- Done
- Inbox
Enabling and disabling
Each Smart List except Inbox has an enable/disable toggle, so you can show only the views your users need. Inbox is always on and has no toggle.
Color and icon
Every Smart List has a Color and an Icon you can set. Renaming is no longer available – the translation engine supplies each Smart List name, so you can change only its color and icon.
