Activity stream

Every Task keeps an activity stream that records what has happened to it over time. You will find it in the activity section of the single Task view, alongside the description, subtasks, and attachments.

What the stream shows

The activity stream combines two kinds of entries in one timeline:

Comments – the messages you and other members write to discuss the Task.
History – the changes made to the Task, such as edits, moves, assignments, and completion.

Reading them together lets you see the full context of a Task: not just what was said, but what changed and when.

Sort and filter

You can control what the stream shows and the order it appears in.

Sort by newest or oldest first.
Filter by comments, history, or all.

Filtering by comments hides the change history so you can follow the conversation on its own. Filtering by history hides the Comments so you can review the record of changes. Choose all to see both together.
