Cowork
The Cowork tab controls how shared Lists behave. Cowork Lists are shared with other members of your website, so a team can work on the same Tasks together, while Private Lists and the Inbox stay personal to each user.
Allow moving tasks between Cowork lists
This tab has a single setting: an "Allow moving tasks between Cowork lists" toggle.
By default this is off. With it off, a user moving a Task can only move it between their own Private Lists.
With it on, users can also move a Task from one Cowork List to another Cowork List. This is useful when your team keeps several shared Lists and needs to shift work between them.
