Getting started #
Please read the Lists & Tasks basics documentation to learn the basic concepts behind Tasks, Lists and Smart Lists.
User Preferences #
The User Preferences menu can be invoked by clicking the cog icon in the corner.
Tasks #
Users can decide whether the Tasks are ordered by date, status, or manual. If anything other than manual is selected, the user can also define the sort order: ascending or descending. If sorting is manual, tasks are ordered with drag and drop.
Timezone #
User timezone is important for Task due dates. For example, if they are in New York and then travel to Paris, adjusting the timezone will ensure that due dates reflect their current location.
Privacy #
If GDPR compliance is enabled, users will be able to bulk delete and export their Lists and Tasks in line with the respective privacy laws.
